Deb's passionate about keeping dads involved in kids' lives and advocating for the well-being of our boys. She's equally committed to true women's empowerment from the inside-out and works primarily with mothers. Deb is on a mission to bring our genders back together to create mutually fulfilling, respectful, supportive, playful and enriching relationships! Deb lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two teen boys. She’s been a management & technology consultant for over 25 years and has worked as a speaker, writer, workshop leader, coach and consultant in the personal growth space for the past eight years. Deb's an innovative and unconventional thinker, an edge pusher, a catalyst for change and a connector. In addition to her work at The Center for the Well-Being of Boys, Deb's the co-founder and co-director of a large local parent community, Redwood Parents Connect and a Strategic Advisor for the Marin County Restorative Youth Court.
